Before joining GOAL, Isaac worked for one of the largest SFR companies, American Homes 4 Rent (AH4R), leading the ground efforts to internalize property management before their initial public offering (IPO). Post-IPO, Isaac became the Director of the Southwest Region, managing the operations of over 5,000 SFR. Following this position, Isaac consulted with AH4R after his employment as they continued to refine and grow operations. Shortly thereafter, Isaac became the Vice President of Leasing Management for Gorelick Brothers Capital, focusing on property management before the formation of GOAL.

Before pursuing his career in real estate, Isaac was a Non-Commissioned Officer in the U.S. Army. During his tenure, Isaac served in the Special Operations Command (SOCOM) at Fort Benning, Georgia as an Airborne Ranger specializing in logistics. Additionally, he served as a Recruiting Station Commander in Chicago, Illinois, managing the station’s operations and recruiters while helping recruits in their decision to join the military. Isaac received one of the Army’s top medals, the Meritorious Service Medal, for outstanding achievements during his military career.

Isaac is a longtime member of the National Association of Realtors with two decades of experience in real estate, specializing in residential brokerage, condominium development, and SFR. As a focused, driven, astute and consummate professional, Isaac’s drive stems from his ability to build better communities by helping others find a place to call home and creating opportunities for others to learn and grow.
